  • 1/2 Egg . (If you can’t easily halve an egg, use a slightly beaten egg and approximate)

  • If you want to make this ahead of time, you can assemble it and just keep it in the refrigerator until you are ready to bake. Make sure to cover it with plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
  • If you like a crispier top layer, take off the foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Feel free to add other ingredients like mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers
